E & O Policy and Procedures - Join Kovack Securities, Inc.

E & O Insurance

Our E&O carrier requires that all Rep/Advisors affiliated with Kovack Securities be covered under our E&O policy. This is necessary even if you carry your own E&O policy. All Rep/Advisors will automatically be covered upon FINRA approval with Kovack Securities Inc. An original E&O Declarations Page & Certificate will be issued from the KSI Home Office within 7-10 business days. Please refer to our website (www.kovacksecurities.com) for a current copy of the E&O handbook, which details policy coverage and exclusions. KSI's current, monthly premium is $395.00 for Registered Representatives. There is a yearly E&O Fee for Registered Sales Assistants of $500.00.
