KSI Payout Structure

 

 

We have always disliked and not appreciated the unclear Payout Explanations Broker/Dealers have given Advisors. It is our Mission to always be CLEAR & UPFRONT about "YOUR" commissions . These payouts apply to any and all NEW business generated at Kovack Securities. Your prior production does not automatically apply to this higher level of payout.

Standard Advisor Payout

$0 - $100,000 85%
$100,000.01 - $1,000,000.00 90%
$1,000,000.00 & Higher Negotiable

*1031 Exchanges and some Private Placements are paid out at 75%.

All Advisors must show a proven production run of at least $50,000 in GDC to qualify for the Standard Commission Grid. (Gross Dealer Concession, net of Ticket Charges)

KSI One Program

$ 0 - $ 30,000 70%
$25,000 - $100,000.00    85%
$100,000.00- $1,000,000.00   90%
$1,000,000.00 & Higher Negotiable

KSI One Program requires any Advisor that can not prove at least $30,000 in GDC for prior trailing 12 months to Tender a Fully Refundable Bond of $1,000 as well as One years E & O Insurance premium in advance.  Upon Graduating out of KSI One Program, $1,000 Bond in refunded to Advisor. KSI will require Advisor to obtain series 24 within 90 to 120 days.
